HOW TO ORDER

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

We can only accept payment in UK Sterling £ or US dollars $ at this time. Please use the following link for Exchange rate from £ to $'s: http://www.xe.com/ucc/

CREDIT CARD / SWITCH/DEBT CARD

If you wish to pay by credit card you can use the online ordering buttons or telephone us with your details on 01332 780001 or fax them to us on 0871 504 9892 UK FAX ONLY. We will require:

  1. Your credit card number (the long one across the card face)
  2. The cards issuer. i.e.. Visa, Mastercard etc.
  3. The expiry date and issue date if available
  4. The 3 digit CV number found on the back of your card
  5. If a switch card, your issue number
  6. Your full name and address and this must be where the card is registered
  7. A phone number or email address in case we need to contact you about your order or details.

We are happy to also accept credit card payments through PAYPAL.

CHEQUE

Cheques are to be made payable to SLOT CARS DIRECT and posted to 45 Church Street, Denby Village, Ripley, Derby, DE5 8PA, United Kingdom. Please remember to add postage, if in doubt please email for total costs. All cheques must clear before goods will be released, usually 5 working days.

MONEY/POSTAL ORDERS

We can accept money and postal orders in  UK Sterling £.

BANK TRANSFER

You can also make payment by direct bank transfer to our account. Details will be given on request. You must ensure that your bank is made aware that you will cover any costs that may be charged for exchange rates or banking fees. Many banks do not make these charges but there are a few that do. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

CASH

Cash is of course accepted in  UK Sterling £ but you are advised to send RECORDED DELIVERY to safe guard both parties against being lost in the post. We only advise this method if you can not make payment in any other way.

DELIVERY

All goods that are in stock are posted within 2 working days of receiving order unless paid for by cheque. Cheque must first clear which is normally 5 working days. We are happy to export Worldwide.

POSTAGE

Postage is based on weight for all orders of cars, track, sets and spares, you can email your order to us for a postage quote, we will then send you an invoice to pay if you wish to continue with your order.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

All faulty goods will be replaced FOC or monies refunded if goods not available. If you are unhappy with your purchase and item is in the condition sent (still packaged) we will be happy to refund payment on its return. (postage not included)
